What we offer

Tadpole Tales Art turns your child's drawings or photos into a custom print. You upload the images, our AI arranges them into a collage in the style you choose, and you pick a size and frame. We print it and ship it to your door. There is no subscription — you create and configure a print, add it to your cart, and pay only when you check out.

How your print is made

Tadpole Tales Art uses AI to arrange and render your uploaded drawings or photos into a collage. AI-generated output is creative by nature — exact placement, color, and composition may vary from upload to upload, and small imperfections are part of the process. Before you add a print to your cart, you can preview how it will look in the size and frame you've selected. Completing checkout is your confirmation that the preview meets your expectations and your authorization for us to print and ship it. Because each print is made to order from your own images, we are unable to offer refunds based on how the AI arranged or rendered your upload once an order has been placed — please use the preview step to check before you check out.

Your content

You own the drawings and photos you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely to generate, preview, print, and ship your order, and to provide customer support related to it. We don't use your family's images for marketing, advertising, or to train AI models.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any image you submit — including images of your own children or family members, or anyone else's artwork or photos you have permission to use. See Children's privacy in our Privacy Policy for more on this.

Our content

Once you've paid for a print, you own that physical copy and may keep, gift, or display it freely. The underlying platform, software, and collage styles we offer are ours — please don't reproduce or resell them commercially.

Orders, payment & shipping

Prints are one-time purchases — add one or more to your cart and check out when you're ready. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Shipping cost and any applicable tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Once an order is placed, we submit it to our print partner for production, so changes or cancellations generally aren't possible after checkout — contact us right away if you need to make a change and we'll do what we can.

Returns, refunds & reprints

If your print arrives damaged or we made a production error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you at no charge. Because every print is custom made from your own uploaded images, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or for how the AI arranged your upload — please review the preview carefully before checking out. If something else about your order isn't right, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Promotional codes

From time to time we offer discount codes by email or on the site. Codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise, and have no cash value.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or place an order. Tadpole Tales Art is a service for parents, grandparents, and gift-givers to upload images on behalf of a child — it is not intended for use directly by children. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Tadpole Tales Art to upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights — including images of children other than your own without the consent of their parent or guardian. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse to fulfill orders that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Tadpole Tales Art is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use Tadpole Tales Art after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
